Well, fellow cats, kittens, and interested humans:
Here begins the occasional comment on the world as I see it - and living in Bath, it's a funny old world. We cats are getting very excited because we seem to have some of our big cousins living locally - even some police officers have seen a big beast lurking in the bushes - and they can't be wrong, can they?
Of course, some people say the big beast is just Cllr Colin Darracott in disguise. He's very unpopular at the moment, because he wants to bulldoze down old buildings. Since Bath's visitors come to see old buildings, this doesn't seem a very good idea, but some people say this is progress and who am I, as a cat, to argue. However, with elections coming up, he may not be Cllr Darracott much longer, but just plain Mr Darracott - and a few thousand pounds a year less well off, because he gets paid quite a lot of money for being on what you humans call an executive. Being paid lots of money for upsetting people seems like a very good plan to some of my feline friends - they upset people all the time, but all they get is things thrown at them. There's no justice in this funny old world of mine.

But hush! I hear one of my humans coming, and they seem to get upset when they catch me dabbing at the keyboard. More later, friends.
